Gelukkig Nieuwjaar! For 2017, I wish all managers and especially politicians will take part in the Action Learning Foundation Course, for a better understanding of the symptom and nature of problems they might encounter. This will make countries and companies all over the world significantly easier to govern–which at the end of the day, benefits us all!
